Your HELP is needed. Our 2010 neighborhood project is to clean up the abandoned and foreclosed homes in Wickham Forest. Please, your HELP is needed to accomplish this major task.
If you know of an abandoned property in WF, please gather the address, previous home owner or occupants, phone numbers, etc. and forward any and all information you can to the Board. Should you see a posting from Code Enforcement, please forward names and addresses from the posting, including the property address to the Board.
Our Clean- Up Team will make the phone calls to the proper contacts, encouraging owners to clean up and maintain the properties. Hopefully if we all work together on this we can return all properties back to a presentable and safe condition. Thank you for caring and helping with our 2010 Clean Up Wickham Forest campaign. |

We would like to invite homeowners to submit articles for publication in the Wickham Forest Newsletters. Articles can be on any subject, but should be informative and of value to WF homeowners. Articles can be advertising in nature, but the business owner must be a Wickham Forest homeowner.
All submissions must include the name and contact information of the person submitting the article. If you prefer that your name and/or contact information is not published, please let me know when submitting the article. The article will be published as “submitted by homeowner”.
Articles will be published on a space-available basis, with the Board maintaining editorial rights, and the final determination to publish or reject any article.

 Please consider signing up to receive your monthly WF Newsletter electronically instead of having a paper copy hand-delivered to your home.
By signing up to receive the newsletter electronically, every month you will receive an email notice that the latest newsletter is available for download. The email will include a link where you can view the monthly newsletter on your computer. The newsletter can be viewed online, printed, or saved to your own computer for future viewing. Because email delivery doesn't have to wait for printing and delivery, homeowners selecting email delivery will receive the newsletter before homeowners receiving the paper copy. To sign up for email notification of newsletter, just sign into your account on WickhamForest.com website. On the User Menu on the left side of the screen, select the Join our Mailing Lists option. On the next page, select the Newsletter mailing list. This will automatically register you to receive the email notification and electronic delivery. Your email is protected. Your email address will be protected and not released to unauthorized people. Registering for email delivery will only add you to the email delivery list. It will not stop the home delivery. Instructions on how to cancel the home delivery will be provided when you receive your first email notice. But please consider cancelling the home delivery. This will not only save money for the association, it will also reduce the workload on the dedicated volunteers who deliver the newsletter every month. thank you. |
